Proof of onward travel
Those with an American ID/Passport need to show us an airline itinerary/ ticket departing Maui. This is a traveler’s hostel.
Key deposits
Please have $10 cash when you check-in. If you lose your key, you’ll forfeit this deposit. If you check out after 10am sharp, you will also forfeit your deposit. Late check-outs really disturb our housekeeping process, so please respect this rule!
Theft/ loss of property
The hostel is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen property. We have a safe in reception. Please ask to store your belongings there. If you fail to secure your valuables in our safe, we’re not liable if anything happens.
Kitchen hours
The kitchen is open 8am-10pm.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10pm and 8am. After 10pm, we shut off the music and ask that you go to bed or to one of the bars up the street if you want to keep partying. Please be respectful to the other people in your dorm. We do have earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued after checking in.
Safety
The hostel reserves the right to ask anyone to leave at any time if we think they’re disturbing other guests or threatening the safety of people or property. This includes during tours: if you break any laws or behave belligerently, we’ll ask you to leave and that you find your own transportation.
