Reservation Rules - Please Read!

  • We require that you present a non-U.S. passport or a plane-ticket departing Maui at check-in.

  • We require a first night deposit.Your card will be charged for the first night's stay at the time we make the reservation. This is fully refundable if you cancel or change your reservation at least two days before arrival.

  • We cannot give a refund of your deposit if you cancel or change your reservation less than two days of arrival. Date change requests and cancellations must be submitted by email.

  • There are no refunds after check-in.

  • Our reception is only open from 8 AM. to 11 PM. If you will arrive after 11 PM, you must call us at 808-244-5090 or 1-800-8-HOSTEL the day you will arrive to make arrangements for late arrival.

  • You must be an adult 18+ to stay in a dorm. No children under the age of 12 are allowed at the hostel.

  • Hostelworld.com/booking.com charge hostels a large commission. Please book direct with hostels instead of through booking agents. Less commissions = more free beer parties!

We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited.
